The Challenge
To increase positive awareness of Socia, its expertise and achievements amongst board-level directors in public and private sector organisations and promote the consultancy’s brand in support of new business development and its pricing strategies, based on its record of success.
The Strategy
Rea Marketing developed a PR programme to raise the profile of Socia with the target audience by highlighting the critical role and successful interventions of the organisation in prestige, and often problematic projects, involving major private and public sector organisations.
The strategy was to communicate the extensive expertise of Socia through practical advice and compelling case study material that illustrated the value that Socia delivers.
The Project
A PR editorial campaign targeted editorial feature opportunities that were identified in selected media read by the niche audience. Activity included meetings with editors to negotiate and develop extended articles, written to an agreed brief, in liaison with selected clients of Socia for case study material.
The programme also included research of speaker opportunities at major industry conferences: high-profile events, where Socia could address an audience of senior sector representatives.
The Results
Rea Marketing secured coverage with news and extended features in national and business sector publications and press, including the ‘Financial Times’. In addition, Socia was invited to deliver presentations at conferences organised by CIPD, the leading professional organisation for the HR sector.
The programme was influential in helping us to raise our profile at a good time in our development and to meet the media and understand what they want and how to secure coverage for the future.
